  • Nope. If you don't have one set up, I'll help you choose and set up something simple based on your budget and needs. No obligation to use a specific platform.

  • Not at all. You keep full access and visibility at all times. I typically start by drafting responses for your approval, and once we've built trust, we can shift to me responding directly on routine items. Always your call.
